Special packages include:
1) Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
2) All meals.
3) Services of accompanied guide.
4) Sight seeing and all transfers within Bhutan
5) Riding ponies and pack animals on treks.
6) Fees to monuments and temple
7) 35% royalty and taxes to the government.
The rates given above are applicable per tourist per night in Bhutan. On the day of departure, the local agent's obligation shall be limited to breakfast only and any extra requirement shall be payable on actual basis. The rates apply uniformly irrespective of locations and the type of accommodation asked for. These accommodation establishments shall be approved by Tourism Authority of Bhutan(TAB).

The package rate for tourists in a group of 3 people or more are as follow:
Active season:
Package rate ; US$ 200/ per person per night.(Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, June, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec).
Off season:
Package rate; US$ 165/ per person per night.(July and August)
The rates given above are applicable per tourist per night stay in Bhutan.Individual and groups of less than three persons have to bear the surcharges:
a) single person US$ 40 per night
b) two persons US$ 30 per night
All tourists are required to pay extra US$ 10 per visit as a tourism development contribution.

1) Diplomats from foreign embassies/missions accredited to Bhutan shall be given a 25% discount on the daily rates.
2) There shall be no charge for CHILDREN up to the age of 5 years. However, those between the age of 6-12 years accompanied by elders/guardian shall be given a 40% discount on daily rates.
3) Full time STUDENTS below the age of 25 years holding valid identity cards from their academic institution shall be given a 25% discount on daily rates.
