Trekking in Bhutan is an adventure into the virgin wilderness of high alpine meadows and wonderful wild flowers. It is a special way to experience rural Bhutanese culture and unrugged mountains, enchanting valleys, meandering rivers, crystal lakes, and dense forests.
Our trek routes range from the relatively easy three-days to the most challenging expeditions lasting over twenty-one days or more. Treks are put into two categories, high altitude trek and low altitude trek.
All those who suffer from altitude sickness are advised to take the low altitude trek. Altitude sickness could be problematic.

On trekking we will provide guides, cooks, pack animals, (horses or yaks), full provisions, utensils, and kitchen equipments.
Things you would need to bring on trek include sleeping bags, foam mattresses, strong comfortable trekking boots, cap/hat, sunglasses, sun block, flashlight, insect repellent cream, and personal toiletries and medicine, and rain gear during the rainy season.
The trekkers are well cared by our licensed trekking guides, trained cooks, helpers and the horse man. They are all well trained in the high altitude sickness and other aliments that can affect the trekkers. They are all expert walkers and will guarantee your success. For those experienced we have more rugged treks "High Altitude treks" and those without much experience can take the "Low Altitude trek".
